The Arcadia Housing Group brings together several companies dedicated to providing housing solutions and services for people living on low incomes in the south and west of England.

The Group employs more than 440 staff in five local offices and many supported housing and sheltered schemes throughout the region. The group's central offices are on the outskirts of Weston-super-Mare.

Knightstone Housing Association is the Group’s largest company and its largest employer. Knightstone provides housing management and property maintenance services to families, single people, elderly tenants and leaseholders. It provides additional support services to people with particular needs, such as people with disabilities, young people and people recovering from addiction.

Knightstone also develops affordable new homes for rent and sale across the region. Altogether Knightstone owns and manages c.10,800 homes across 38 local authority areas, from Worcester to Weymouth, Minehead to Marlborough. This makes Knightstone one of the region’s largest providers of affordable homes for rent and sale, housing management services and supported housing.

As the parent company in the Group, Arcadia Housing Limited sets strategic direction and policies and also provides central and business support services (e.g. HR, Finance, IT etc) to Knightstone and other companies in the Group.
