stop there:

Pay. We offer competitive pay ranges and your salary will be positioned within the starting pay range for your particular role. Future increases will be based upon the development of skills and knowledge relevant to your role. As well as individual pay awards, there’s an annual cost of living review.

Hours of Work. Normal hours of work are 34¾ hours per week, normally worked 9am - 5pm Monday to Thursday, and 9am to 4.45pm on Fridays.

Work/life balance. We’re committed to helping you balance personal and work commitments. As well as flexible working arrangements, including job share, part-time, we have a progressive flexitime scheme in place.

Holiday. To start, you’ll receive 22 days' annual leave plus public holidays. This increases by one day each leave year, up to a maximum of 27 days.

Career & personal development. With ongoing support, annual appraisals and individual training plans, you’ll have every opportunity to further develop your skills and progress your career within the Arcadia Housing Group.

Pension. After 6 months' continuous service you’re eligible for the Social Housing Pension Scheme. If you join the pension scheme, you also get life assurance cover, equal to three times your annual salary.  If you are already a member of the SHPS scheme you can join immediately.
 

Life Assurance. If you decide not to join the pension scheme, you will be covered by the corporate Life Assurance Scheme (equal to two times your annual salary).

Private Health Care. Whilst some jobs are eligible for immediate private health cover at no cost, the scheme’s open to all employees after five years’ service. The scheme can also be extended to family members at competitive rates.

Professional Subscriptions. We pay for one annual membership of a professional body relevant to your role.

Access to discounts and childcare vouchers. We are always looking for ways to further improve our benefits and rewards. We’ve recently secured discounted goods and services for all employees, and we currently offer an attractive childcare voucher scheme.
